Fireside Chats Fireside Chats are an occasional program of The Children's School. Daniel Ryan, Founder and Director of Curriculum and Instruction, leads an informal presentation and discussion. Everyone is welcome.

Hootenanny for Haiti A non-formal dance for Children's School students and their families with DJ Dave! Tickets will cost $2.00 for kids and $3.00 for adults with proceeds to benefit Stand With Haiti http://www.standwithhaiti.org/haiti. Peanut-free dinner available (pizza costs $1.00 per slice.)

Community Open House Thursday, December 3, 9 a.m. and again at 7 p.m., with the Directors of the school. Come learn more about progressive education at The Children's School. Join us for light refreshments, conversation, and a tour of the classrooms. Meet at the School in Room 503.
Geppetto's Holiday Shop & Social Sunday, December 6, 6:30p.m.-8:30p.m., (730 Lake Street, OP) 20% of all purchases goes to the School. Enjoy wine, cheese and the company of friends while getting a jump on your holiday shopping.
Winter Concert Thursday, December 10, 7-8:30 p.m., “A Celebration of Winter” A chance for the students to showcase their chorus and recorder skills for the school community and friends. Venue: lower level of the Catholic Charities Early Childhood Education Center located right next to the school.
